The Lady's Closet

My name is Sam and I am a costumer from eastern Pennsylvania.

 

I started teaching myself to sew in 2009 when I made my first high school Halloween costume. Since then I've followed my interests in historical dress, cosplay, and vintage clothing. 

 

In 2018 I decided that I wanted to document my costume adventures and share some of what I've learned on this blog. I've always loved history and the stories that can be told through clothing. My closet is filled with all sorts of things from dresses and gowns to space suits and armor.

 

A lady's closet is only limited by her imagination!
